I need this
I gave it one listen last night, gone re-run it a few times over the next week. But man I wasn't feeling it. For this to be his "lifetime album", basically the joint he been writing his whole life, it was underwhelming. Like I said that's off one listen, but i'll give it a few more thorough listens

That's all I have to say on 80's baby. I will bet you money that many studio rooms in the industry were envious they didn't have a record like that. THAT is the mark of someone creatively special.
And here's a crazy insight about the record, the musician playing the trumpet? "(just to show you how fukking real things get)
The trumpet player started crying after he finished playing his part because the song Cy is rapping is mirroring his life. The session musician didn't even know what the song was about before Cy started. That's just a little fun fact that Cy said on his media blitz last week. Musician crying at a song he heard that was being recorded on the spot. Let the healing begin
When you are dealing in the UP-CY Down world, things get spooky,breh. Don't groan too much on my Stranger Things pun.
Especially if willow wisps are floating in air all around you. It wouldn't be a pun then, it would be prophecy (that last word isn't a pun, it just has "cy" on the end of it) Could've made into a pun, chose the high road. (that one isn't either) Better stop while I'm ahead. But goddamn, daps incoming for sure. I'm on my way.

he blacked out over "The Blast" Many people Saying Cyhi's album is too late, but at the end of the day it finally was released. Sometimes business gets in the way. It is also a great edition to the spectrum of Hip-Hop that's out now. Cyhi definitely did his thing on it. A person can call the timing late, but they can't deny the artistry.
