The driving is one thing. The cars feel kind of tanky. The clunkyness around the shooting though. It doesn't feel snappy and sometimes the excess bullet sponges for the enemies make the game look cartoonish.
Naw you just need to work on your build, once you get the hang of it most enemies are food

Yall ñiggas wasn’t gon tell me how important all that dialogue was going to be in the game :stopitslime: I’m mad af now and I don’t want to run it back or play as a broad to get my back blown out :dame: think I’m at the last level but I messed up so bad I don’t think I want to finish it now knowing what I know. If anyone wants to get this game don’t go in blind, do the research and figure out How you want it to wrap up. It’s way more rpg based than GTAV and the people who seem unlikable are 9/10 the real ones I’m pissed brehs

I finally finished my “second playthrough “ and got a decent ending

I felt like this was the corporate way to go, I chose to join Arasaka in return for them to help me. They then had me do all these tests only to tell me I was still going to die in 6 months lol. So I chose to have my consciousness uploaded to another body. It’s fukked up but I felt it fit the backstory

Then I did the DLC ending
I felt like this ending was the better ending although it’s sad how all your friends moved on and left you out here all normal and weak. You out here getting beat up by NPC’s lol

All in all this was one of the best games I’ve ever played and the endings were all worth it IMO. 10 out of 10 game. CDPR needs to stop with the updates and let the modders get a year to cook up some good mods. This game could have Skyrim legs if they let the modders run wild

Thought I messed up because I would say no Panam and just leave the room to smoke and miss dialogue choices. I ended up smashing her today though going through the side missions that’s like a whole nother game on its own. Still feel like I should’ve invested my eddies better and ranking up my character better my V is unbalanced asf I don’t even got the double jump. Could’ve saved Japanese breh but that mission was pmo so I rushed it plus Johnny make it seem like it’s a lost cause, but I think I’ll get a decent ending instead of the devil ending like I was expecting

Along as you make friends you have a chance to get a decent ending

Ain’t nothing decent about that ending bro lol. Arasaka turned you into a slave, your consciousness will be uploaded into a meat puppet for the next future war. :mjlol:

Is this game worth getting now?
It’s a 9 outta 10 now. I played it when it first dropped and it was a 7/10 with all the crashes. All the shyt they’ve added with the customizables and DLC and world building has put it almost over the top. Only weak spot is still the first 30 minutes of the game.

The way I looked at it is you are still you and you are back working in a corporate environment and for my background it made sense to me since I chose corpo.

What’s weak about the first 30 minutes? I thought that was a highlight. That’s the only time your background really matters

I see what you’re saying and I didn’t understand on my 2nd or even 3rd play through either although I didn’t pick Arasaka because I didn’t wanna piss off Johnny but going through the lore of the game Arasaka is pure evil. Saburo is Tojo level evil. Hanako is cucked and in one of the endings lets her dad steal her brothers body. Takemura shyt talks you the whole game and people don’t realize it because they don’t speak Japanese and understand Japanese insults. Arasaka has a collection of peoples captured souls. That’s what Mikoshi is.

They aren’t going to give you your old life back.

It’s subtle because the writing is so good but you’re being played the whole time.

Start 10:00. You’re getting sold to “Hell”man for experimentation. It’s called the Devil ending. You get a call from Misty in the end saying the cards are bad.

You aren’t going back to being a Corpo my guy. Your data aka soul with be ripped apart and someday uploaded into a murder bot.

As for the first 30 minutes, your relationship with Jackie isn’t near expanded enough on. If you choose Street Kid or Nomad you meet him, get a montage, and do one mission with him and you are supposed to feel like your lifelong bros. Never mind the boring brain dance mini games that were unskippable when the game was first released. The Arasaka heist should’ve been in the middle of the game with the first half being spent with Jackie doing missions. Would’ve made it more impactful.

The story and writing in the prologue of Cyberpunk alone is easily better than a lot of the best acclaimed & selling titles released since

I really, really wish that people just did a small thought experiment with themselves and tried to apply the "its slow" "the city doesn't feel alive" "i don't have enough character freedom" scrutiny to other games.... because it was fukking ridiculous.

Beat PL for the second time last night. Yeah this is top 3 game of the gen for me no doubt :wow: Been doing a lot more lore hunting too this time around

First time I escaped with songbird but gave her to Reed

This time I went with Reed but killed songbird so she wouldn’t go back to Myers. Even tho Alex dies I actually like this ending the best cuz Reed actually learns his lesson that he’s not responsible for everybody and you get to tell Meyers to fukk off while denying her her nuke. bytch gave me a measly 5000 credits after all that with her stank ass :pacspit:
