Did you make the password then go back, sign in, make sure it’s going through?…all that? When you go to the link it tells you everything you need to know. As long as you don’t have another Rakuten account (have to be new user) then you’ll get the payout. Check the link I posted a few posts above.

Just to give you an exact time frame based on Rakutens terms page:
“Most Cash Back rewards are credited within 48 hours. Some stores, however, cannot confirm your purchase until the return period has elapsed and may take up to thirty days to confirm your Cash Back. Travel and car rental sites do take longer to process Cash Back for Rakuten members than other sites.”
From my experience (and I’m sure others can vouch), I’ve had most cashback come back to me in 2-5 days. I had the one outlier with GameStop where I bought a digital card, ended up doing a return, then had to talk to customer service and wait for 3 weeks to get my $40, but that was my fault for doing the return.

Thank you. You can use Rakuken in store too. On their website go to the "in-store cashback" tab and you'll see the eligible stores. I'm only showing 89 in my area but there are hundreds more you can use when shopping online.
As far as Rakuten, it's a typical cashback website where you make purchases and get cashback. The amount depends on what the going percentage is for the store you're shopping from. So, for example, I see Macy's is 6% cashback right now. If I were to buy a product $40 or more, I'd get the $40 cashback + 6% cashback off the $40 purchase. If you were to purchase again of course you wouldn't get another $40 cashback, but you'd get 6% cashback since that's what they are giving for Macy's purchases right now.
