I would say Michael in season 4. Super underrated performance. He had all the qualities his friends lacked but he carried pain in his eyes that really stood out.. the scene that stands out the most is when he's sitting at home quietly with his brother knowing Chris and snoop are out murdering his step pops

Cutty and Bubbles were the best characters, and the only positive character arcs. I don’t include Naimond since he was barely on it.

I meant best as in he felt like he comes out feeling like a full and complete character. It could have gone any number of ways. You see dude go through a lot and you learn about him to the point where he feels you know dude like real person. Cutty finds a place for himself in the world and it took a lot of introspection to get there. Just felt like they didn't skip over anything and we got a window into the whole journey.

Michael's arc was predictable in a, "I hope it doesn't go that way for him" kind of way. Seeing him become a shooter in season 5 was disappointing
