Been weaning myself off Facebook for the last 6 months. Still get on maybe 2-3 times a week but will eventually be off completely by the end of the month.

Yo, most of the time I'm passing funny ass memes and videos with my fam without breaking that fourth wall of social media. Closing FB and IG helped me just made an excuse for me to get the fukk outside and go over people's houses and not fall into this predictable ass pattern of "do shyt and post shyt"..... It took a minute to realize how much this social environment was stunting my social growth. .. I'm gateful breh.

I feel this 100% tho, I deleted my FB at the beginning of this month never looked back, told a few females I was doing it they was like "what's wrong, what happened????", I'm like nothing, Facebook Free . Over the last few months didn't post much, really didn't need the site for anything other than photography work and that slowed up, anybody I kept in close contact with I have their phone number. Ain't gotta deal with folks tagging & checking you in everytime you are doing something with them, getting group tagged on some bullshyt, and seeing timeline posts that are nothing but complaints............
