Democrats are not framing this campaign how they should, they're creating lowered expectations for Trump giving him more leeway to say stupid things and come across positively just by saying anything remotely reasonable and at the same time are running on an idea of more of the same which anyone who has worked in running a political campaign will tell you is a tricky proposition, the opposition can cherry pick criticisms of policy record and in this case not just for the last 8 years but 16 of the last 24

Who do you think will win between Clinton and Trump? Why?

Kasich needs to be Trumps VP. Because he needs a VP that will help get him votes. If it was Kasich Vs Clinton he would wipe the floor with her on the electoral map.
I agree with this. Kasich would help Trump flip Ohio, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and New Hampshire, states he needs to have an easier time to 270.

Warren handling Trump. Hillary handling Trump. Trump might be the weakest man in awhile now. It's pretty much all downhill for him, here on out. While the Dems line up to support, a lot of Repubs aren't touching Trump. Lack of money, campaigning, plus him being a total mess. We should have bets on how much he'll lose by

It's been reported that Trump is scouting Kasich or Rubio as a potential running mate.
I don't know about Rubio. He just came out today and basically said Trump is unfit for the presidency.

Rubio: I Still Believe Trump Can't Be Trusted with America's Nuclear Weapons Codes

Weekly Standard said:
One month after announcing his support for Donald Trump, Marco Rubio still believes that the presumptive GOP nominee is unfit to be commander-in-chief. "I stand by everything I said during the campaign," the Florida senator told THE WEEKLY STANDARD on Thursday when asked if he still believes Trump cannot be trusted with access to the country's nuclear weapons codes.

During the campaign, Rubio said that Trump was "dangerous" and that we must not hand "the nuclear codes of the United States to an erratic individual."

Rubio's comment Thursday afternoon came as Trump's character and temperament faced a new round of scrutiny following Trump's racial attack on a federal judge. Rubio condemned Trump's remarks but did not withdraw his support from the GOP nominee.

ehh, I wouldnt call it "handling"..Warren attacking Trump on Trump U is leaving herself open for more Pocahontas attacks and Hillary is leaving herself open to more Clinton foundation and Email attacks. I expect Trump to handle both in his speech on Monday and it will dominate the news cycle for the week.

Kasich said the same thing, they all know he's unfit. He did pick up an endorsement from Roseanne Barr today, so that's one possibility.

It'll be Sessions or Christie - Election Betting Odds

Those are two terrible picks that would not help Trump pick up voters in key states at all. :russ:

He could say fukk it ant forfeit any gains that a VP nod could give him. But I don't think that would be wise. He needs as many hotly contested states as possible and I don't see Sessions or Christie helping at all on that front.

That will actually backfire on him. It's be just more of the same from him, same stuff we've already heard. This is where he should have turned to actual issues. At this point, for the Republicans, he's the only one attacking. Now, he's going to get it from all angles from the Dems. It was 2 against 1 for Hillary, Trump/Sanders. Now it's going to be everybody against Trump. Hillary, Obama, Biden, Warren, Sanders etc. A pile on is starting. Dems are falling in line behind Hillary, you can't say the same for Trump.

Trump is political poison at this point, a pariah. It's just going to go downhill for him at this point.

Let CACtain tell it and this is great news for Trump. Everything is good for Trump, including his slide in this week's polls before Democrats even coalesce around Hillary. Trump the chess master is going to pivot to a more presidential posture any minute now and it's curtains for Hillary.
