Use the voice memo
connect to itunes and when it says, "you have new voice memos, would you like to upload/import/whatever to itunes" ... select "yes"
copy and paste in another folder to find it easier
upload it to vocaroo from there


don't forget to delete it from itunes so it doesn't play back when you're actually listening to music

...dear god I wished I could join in, what do you need to post a vocal thing on here anyway?

A mic, and then link the vocaroo message like you would link any other thing.

you can even try sticking a set of headphones/earphones in the mic slot of your computer and try to see if that works. Sometimes it does.
