You missed the entirety of my response and you provide a lot of holes in your reply, something you normally don't do breh.
From the get-go you say customers are paying for a service so you can't get mad. That of course, doesn't apply to ever case. You can do your job, provide that service, and customers can still want more or something entirely. There are many cases where the "customer isn't right".
I was replying to his childish post because he made it seem like that's what they get. Who is to say she didn't wild out in her response. Either way, you gotta act with some sense(both sides) and losing your freedom over some food ain't it.
Unless they threatened her, non of the response was warranted.
Same holds true to unruly customers, which we have seen on many videos, would that warrant them getting blasted? Naw, but the bigger point is that mental health is a major problem and got people losing their freedom over $3 and people OKAYING that response/behavior.

I whole heartedly agree with you. People need to be better.
From a business perspective you gotta do what your meant to do. In this case serve hot food. If this was one of those cases where she was trying to scam for free food and shyt, which does happen (I want my money back and the food!) I can see the employees being fed up, they are human and the customer isn't always right.
Instead of laughing and roasting her as a team one employee should have taken initiative and tried to make things right. And for her...you gotta know when to cut your losses. Much harder to do when your literally feeding yourself but in a situation when an entire staff is laughing at you you gotta realize their intention is not to provide quality service and just leave, call management, seek other businesses in the future.

The U.S has too much freedom. There is too much lax so people aren't afraid to go to prison. That's why a man can kill 20 plus people and go through the court process for 5 to 10 years, then get life in prison. People need to harhly learn that there are consequences for their action. You can only do so by having a culture of swift executions for killers, murderers, attempted killers.
