Test it before and after you wont know if anything really changed unless you got something to go off of and I'm talking bout maxing with real weight not no damn math somebody pulled out they ass :snoop:

:ehh:

that's a reasonable request.

i'll find a gym to hit on Saturday and let y'all know

How do i max out on the bench and squat? 1 warm up set and then just add whatever I think is good?

I don't wanna be so tired from testing weights that I get a false reading on my maximum

Its gonne be kinda hard to know if you never lifted before I say for bench put a 45 on each side do one rep then determining how easy that was go up with a 5 or 10 on each side until you get to something you can barely do. If you jump in and you cant do a weight go down by 5 pounds total weight each time until you can do it. For squat I say do the same just start off with a weight you can do and keep going up till you feel like that is the most you can do. You may need a spotter so just ask somebody to spot you there or bring a homie

the internet
pushups are pushups....the bench is the bench.

OP...if you want to do 50 pushups in a row...do it.
Just dont confuse that with strength gains.

to do more Pushups you gotta get stronger...

I just left the LA Fitness to test out my Max bench.

I didn't have a spotter so I didn't go nuts.

i got 135 up comfortably 5 times. I probably couldve done a few more but didn't want to risk it by myself.

soooo according to the calculator putting 135 up 5x gives me a Max of 158.

Bench Press Calculator: Calculate Your 1 REP MAX (1RM)

I didn't even test the squats. the service and vibe in there was terrible
