Really breh? Like I can't complain about ur list really case there r some dope songs up there, but u couldnt have even looked at my list. There is a lot of shyt from the past two years, cause I think he has gotten better lyrically...... All thats said, the Month after month stuff i put up there r his very best joints from the time period. Like Modern Day Hippie, Spit Vicious, Inevitable, Title Track were his biggest songs forever fam. He was still performing them shyt as late as last year. The Pledge is the reason he hooked up with Dame in the first place. And honestly Im confused how anyone can have a best of Spitta without songs from TANM and Jet Files. Just my opinion.

that isnt my top 30.

i was just tryin to show u how much newer shyt u didnt include because it was already full of that older stuff (some of which doesnt hold up well, lotta those older songs have canny, hollow beats and his delivery wasnt even close to as good as now)

the right blend is somewhere in the middle. some of the ones in your list would be on my list too.

Evrey month I try and make a best of Andretti. I try an squeeze my shyt into 80 mins though:

1. Leaving The Dock (Cigarette Boats)
2. J.L.R (Stone Immaculate)
3. No Squares (Stoned Immaculate)
4. Skyscrapers (Issue 3- Trademark the Skydiver)
5. Armoire (Stoned Immaculate)
6. Showroom (Stoned Immaculate)
7. Glass House (Krit Wuz Here- Big Krit)
8. Sun Roof (Stoned Immaculate)
9. The planes (How Fly)
10. Blown Away (This Aint No Mixtape)
11. Chasing papers (Stone Immaculate)
12. On G's (Weekend At Bernies)
13. Money Machine (Weekend At Bernies)
14. Scottie pippens (Covert Coupe)
15. Airbourne Aquarium (pilot talk 2)
16. Breakfast (pilot talk 1)
17. Michael Knight (pilot talk 2)
18. This is the Life (Weekend At Bernies)
19. Tokyo Drift (Jet Files)
20. What It Look Like (Stoned Immaculate)
21. Jet Life (Stoned Immaculate)

This mix is Stoned Immaculate heavy- I love the slap on it though....

Whats good about spitta is that he has so many different styles that you could make a few best ofs that sound nothing like each other. SI sounds different to Covert Coupe which sounds different to Cigarette Boats when then sounds different to the pilot talk series which again sounds different to Bernies and This aint no mixtape. So many styles....

which is funny when his detractors say all of his shyt sounds the same, none his albums sound alike imo, they all have a distinct sound and style like you said.

Sidenote: this is one of my fave docs. This EP is almost like the soundtrack it.

the creator of that doc has another doc called Square Grouper about the marijuana smuggling trade into Miami. the ep cover comes from that movie, they used cigarette boats to smuggle marijuana in, they did a great job in making the ep have that sound like ur in Miami in the 70s/80s.

Is it anywhere near as good as Cocaine Cowboys?

not as dope but still worth checking out, stylistically done in the same manner(Corben has a distinct style, see how the U looked like Cocaine Cowboys except based on football). the stories aren't as compelling because there isn't as much excess and wild, mind blowing shyt that Cocaine Cowboys had.

Yeah. Seen it. It's on Netflix. Pretty good too.

I don't smoke weed, but I took a history course in undergrad that covered the "war on drugs" and such. So I'm interested in all things legalization/war on drugs related.

This production is like a perfect fusion of the Pilot Talk and Covert Coup sounds :wow:

We need an album from these two.
