There are multiple samples but I believe the vocal chop of the female singing while Currensy is rapping is the same that’s Al used before on till the angels come. That sample is crazy. Beautiful song and different parts of it you might recognize from different beats over the past few years.

shyt would have been 10/10 aoty fasho if a few songs were longer. I feel like an album gotta give u atleast 35 minutes or more of listening time. Still a classic 9/10. I can actually see someone thinking this is better than covert coup which is hard to do because i think covert coupe is spitta and alc at the very best.

It's short, but there's no filler. Let's be real, unless it's a top 50 album of all time, most albums are only going to have 20-30 minutes of dope material. They kept it short and focused, similar to "You Only LIve 2wice"

My only critiques are that Willie Lloyd should’ve been the last track and No Window Tints needed one more verse. Other than that this shyt is a fukkin masterpiece. :handrub:

I liked Daytona but Gibbs verses on this are mostlt superior toanything Push did on Daytona. Push imo kinda overrated...always has been....he all style too imo. Dont get wrong he nice af but ppl act like all his bars b 24karat when lot of em kinda basic

Nikkas were gassed on Push bc he went at Drake so hard but lets be real Freddie would son him just like Ross sonned Push on "Hard Piano

That being said you not totally wrong...sometimes Gibbs gets into this runon sentence kinda flow....still sounds dope tho but yea that is a thing

Gibbs is great but pusha is more witty. I feel like his bars fly over people's head. For example look at these bars from daytona

Freddie gibbs lacks quotables in comparison to me but i do agree that his flow is superior and he makes better music.

I agree so much with No Window Tints needing be longer. That needed to be at least 2 minutes of rapping.

As far as Willie Lloyd being the last track, I see your point but I think it was dope to have them both on the last track, and since t was a semi-dedication to Mac Miller I understand putting it last. I definitely think it should've gone from No Window Tints to Tapatio to Willie Lloyd and then to Bundy Sincere to close it.

Yeah Covert Coup is just under the 30 minute mark and it shouldn't have been any shorter. Carrollton Heist is within a minute of the same run time as Covert Coup.

The only thing taking away from this project is those extra 5-6 minutes that could've elevated it. They're calling this an album but without that 30 minute run time it feels more like an EP.

I'm not complaining though about a single song on there.

I hope they do a follow up next year.
