NYC has 978,810 MILLIONAIRES
If you taxed them $15,000 (or $1,250 a month) for one year that's $14.6 billion in revenue.
But most of them don't use the subway. And a large portion that do, don't use it daily.
People scoff at a millionaire and billionaire tax, but if they got most of the wealth??????
A lot of them give more than $15,000 a year to charities like it's nothing. A lot of them spend more than $15,000 on vacations.
