Environment gon mean more than 10k. Make your life easier than 10k will.

You would have to make it percentage based.

If I'm earning 6 figures, that extra 10k is going to be worth 5.5k after taxes. Not enough for me give up from working in an environment that makes me happy.

You'd have to make it something like 20% and remove tax as a consideration.

I've worked in some fukked up places for years. I'd be ok bc I don't tell my business. I let my job speak for it's self so I can deal with funky co workers. Especially if they're working at the same level as me. I expect them to try to out do me so I make sure they don't get that opportunity.

Can't dap you because you only made the disparity from one job experience to the other 10k in different.



Might us well axe us if you'd rather have 19 chicken nuggets with 4 dipping sauces and 10 ketchup packets... or 20 nuggets with 4 dipping sauces but with 5 ketchup packs.
