Agreed. I still think that is weird. Yes, they are "black" due to skin/race -- but in America - "Black American" was alway for ADOS. So, they would be their parent's county/ethnicity - American.

I don't see them as apart of Black America or Native Black American Culture or Community. They would be their sub-group.

I am giving Dip a hard time. He is actually a Black American, but he is not an African American, which is something many children of immigrants do not embrace.
