Greenbriar the hood part of Atlanta. Generally its not a good look to go there unless you interested in being robbed. That being said, when you got poor neighborhoods you have poor people. Poor black people generally don't have same access to computers, technological literacy, and more likely to have money in cash not cards needed for online purchases. Its a recipie for things like this to happent for a not so popular drop.
