What was your heat up strategy when you were in the county?

Tortilla, chili cheese fritos, jalapeno cheetos, hot pickle , spicy beans, nacho cheese and summer sausage.

Ocj don't got noodles on the menu, but on Wednesday commissary you can order hot food . Pizza and Calzones.

I worked in the kitchen and in county parks so we had hot water and microwaves. I don't even remember what you call it when you indentured served in that bih.

What was your heat up strategy when you were in the county?

I can't even front, in county I was stressing and fighting my case while freezing my ass off in the dead of winter. I was barely eating and I got down to 110 lbs in county. I was giving my meals away sometimes I didn't even want to eat.

In prison tho while getting my weight up I made a protein dish with oatmeal, brown rice, honey, cinnamon, granola bars, peanut butter and crushed up graham crackers or cookies. It was fire..I would eat it soft in a bowl or I would let it dry and chop it up into bars and sell the bars. We weren't allowed to have sugar packets so nobody could make hooch but it was sweet enough

you never heard about, idk, the thousands of people in jail that are innocent? my state executes people on flimsy evidence monthly.

theres still people missing that were taken away from the blm/george floyd protests in black vans

have some fukking sympathy. even if theyre guilty as sin they shouldnt be fed rotten maggot infested food

our jails are a fukking disgrace. for all the accountability we have for our prison system, we may as well be Brazil.
