Killer Mike is not a lawmaker so why would he be in a serious meeting to discuss cube's plan ? He doesn't make decisions for Bidens campaign. What would his purpose be there?

Local rapper steps up efforts to end homelessness - 2UrbanGirls
Ice Cube continues to support issues surrounding homelessness in the city of Los Angeles. In 2005 he was honored at the annual Butterfly Ball put on by Chrysalis. Chrysalis is located in Skid Row and trains the homeless in both job and life skills. Chrysalis is supported by Downtown Los Angeles businesses who in turn hire the homeless to clean up the Downtown area. Ice Cube regularly raises funds for the organization. This weekend he lent a helping hand to Los Angeles Family Housing who raised $1 million dollars towards homeless initiatives.

His philanthropy doesn’t stop with raising money. He also uses his image and voice to speak on behalf of the homeless, specifically those in Skid Row.
Last month city of Los Angeles residents overwhelmingly passed Measure HHH which helped fund housing for the homeless. Simultaneously,homeless advocates were seeking support to form a Skid Row Neighborhood Council (SKNC). Prominent Skid Row advocate, General Jeff, led the charge.
Ice Cube recorded a PSA which appeared on General Jeff’s social media page. Voters, less than 100 to be exact, failed to give Empower LA the authority to create the SKNC, thus blocking much-needed resources and leverage to those living in Skid Row. Currently their issues are muffled under the powerful DTLA NC which ignores their pleas for more funding of nonprofits serving the homeless.
General Jeff shared with 2 Urban Girls they are challenging the vote.

You know what? In the back of my mind, I had a slight feeling that Cube intentionally had no interest in dealing with the Dems at all, despite what he claimed in them not wanting to be bothered with him but in reality, it's the other way around.
I would've proudly answered the call to speak with those other 11-12 black folks on the other line. fukk all that egotistical “I only do one on one calls” bullshyt excuse. Everybody on the other line interested in knowing more about the plan so they can try to get involved and you purposely shut them out? That's foul no matter how you wanna twist it that's foul and like I said, last week I believe he has his own disclosed personal agenda mixed within all this plan shyt.
As much as I'm an Ice Cube fan (top 5 in my list) I'm going to not ride his nuts (as he told us himself to get off his dikk) and act like he's incapable of doing any wrong just because he's Cube who made AMW and Death Certificate, nah he ain't above criticism, shout out to Khalid Muhammad (R.I.P.) on schooling folks about Cube.

Extremely dismissive and is once again demonstrative of the dismissive attitude the Democrats have regularly demonstrated towards blacks, aka Chelsea Handler. If Cube comes to you with a serious agenda, why are you inviting all of these other rappers onto the call to turn it into some sort of entertainment circus? When blacks ask the Democrats for something serious, they are often dismissive and love coming to the community with shucking and jiving of some form or another. If it's not black celebs, it's the dance moves or it's the 'you get to dip into the everybody benefits pot' rhetoric. "Well we are helping the environment and that's going to produce oxygen for black folks to breathe too so you can't say we're not doing anything for blacks when we're literally saving your lives!"
If they expect the black vote, they better seriously investigate how they are dealing with the black community and increase the respect level by 1000 % because the vote isn't an automatic anymore.
