I love the stories but 2 has to have to the goofiest endings I've ever seen. They had my dude the goblin looking mf out there hanging off a truck laughing and throwing comic books on highway. And the scene ran for a while too, like through half the credits. He was like a mile away and almost out frame still having to do that shyt. I'm like why they ain't just have him drop them books off at the comic shop or grocery store

That scene stuck out to me even as a kid. Like shouldn't they be fading to black.

My sister used to terrorize me when we were kids by saying "Thanks for the ride lady" when she was mad at me. My grandparents(RIP) used to like it when i would say "Catch him, I want his ass". Creepshow 1 had the best story with "Fathers Day" and Creepshow 2 did a great job with the Creep character.

Creepshow 1 and 2 are classics. "Thanks for the ride lady!" is forever ingrained in my head. The 80's had the GOAT anthology films tho.... remember that movie Nightmares?

The one story had Emilio Esteves get trapped in arcade game the graphics a the end when they showed him in the game looked like SNES game.. way ahead of it's time. Then it had that story about that black demonic Branco truck from hell that stalks a priest. The scene where it drives up and jumpes from outta ground was amazing to me when I was kid.

'The Lonesome Death of Jordy Verrill' was sad as fukk.

'Something to Tide You Over' is my favorite vignette from either movie.

'The Raft' is the highlight of CREEPSHOW 2.

'Old Chief Wood'nhead' is the weakest of all the vignettes from both films.
