Not my favorite sports movies, but up there as one of the best sports movies and the most fun I've had in a movie theater in a long time.

I had a couple of "oh shyt" moments in the theater... Loud af too. So did other people

Theater was very into the movie (it was like an afternoon flick that was barely half packed) but it people felt like they was watching the fight/movie live.

Top 5 sports flick for me. Definitely a must rewatch even if it's in theaters and I haven't said that about many movies lately

How can the folks in charge of the PBC entrances not understand how powerful ring entrances are.


I got the chills when Hail Mary hit but I actually liked the other dudes entrance more. When those cell phones lit up and they started chanting.

Maybe it's because we saw this in a white theater, but I didn't think the movie was all that contrary to popular opinion. It was decent, but I didn't think it was as good as other people do. I actually had a problem with the storyline.

Creed=the product of Apollo cheating on his wife. I don't see why he couldn't his legitimate son had with his wife. Him growing up angry/mad could've been due to growing up without Apollo. I just thought that was an unnecessary stereotypical narrative.

When I heard Hail Mary I was like have they been reading internet forums on "What would be the goat entrance song?"

Beyond basically the whole plot being about how he was trying to live up to a father who he never knew and wasn't named after. A mid 30's boxing rookie is even harder to believe than a mid/late 20 year old one.

Can't believe they made Apollo have an affair man.

I would have given this movie a 10 without that. I dropped it a whole point because of it. 9/10 and definitely a top 3 Rocky movie

Let's be real though... somebody teaching themselves how to box, fighting some chulos in the Mexican underground then having 1 pro fight, and going 12 rounds with the Light HW champ is epic levels of reach

Creed made me wish I stuck with boxing, it was by far my best sport and something I was a natural at. The ring walk as a good fighter must be one of the illest experiences there is, especially when you're in someone elses city/country like that.
