It doesn't matter what they were stashing in the compartments, that's none of his business. That's like saying "wow, you sold pipes? You knew they were smoking weed out of those pipes". That's business, once the transaction has been completed, the responsibility should be out of the sellers hands.
i didnt read the article

but maybe they hit him with conspiracy on some partnership wave

If he didn't know or didn't care what his traps were being used for then why didn't his lawyer get him off. Thats like holding a gun manufacturer responsible for every crime committed with the weapon they make.

That contributing to a continuing criminal enterprise charge is a broad...
maybe the gun manufacturers should be held responsible

Moral of the story: I'm snitching. fukk that.
I'm not doing 24 years just for making compartments. Thats absolutely nuts.
dude was not in a position to snitch...he would have put his family in danger by doing that

I agree...but then again, the biggest banks were laundering money and none of them dudes did any time.
yeah the banks pay fines, but dont do time

Loool exactly. I just read the article, says that he was like 50k in debt.

Okay then the DEA prosecuted him in Kansas and made him out to be some kind of mastermind who was behind a million dollar drug ring. Okay becomes a mastermind behind a million dollar drug business and stays 50k in debt? :snoop:
be on a jury and only listen to the prosecution, yall

It was definitely RICO, the article stated as much, but I'm saying that the only (or rather a major) reason the prosecutor was able to 'prove' he was a conspirator as opposed to just a vendor is because
of his tats and Mexican heritage.
