I’m enjoying. It’s a nice change, especially compared to what’s out right now.


I’ll also say that I’m totally anticipating K Michelle’s country album because I think that’ll be more country sounding.


This is a mix of country, hiphop, soul…it’s a nice eclectic mix, especially for Bey. It’s just nice to see her take chances and do something different. She’s at that point in her career where she can really do whatever she wants, and I love that for her.

I wouldn't say mid 2000s as certain artist tried it, but it didn't really take off like that until FGL did years back.
