we've already seen reports of hospital office staff being fired becuase they didn't want to get the vaccine. "staff" is a vague term meant to imply that those who are against taking the vaccine are the doctors themselves.. could be janitors, orderly's, security guards, nurses of varying levels of education and other back office employees.

what percentage of the total NHS staff does that 150,00 staff make up?
