Damn. That’s wild that you’re having symptoms like that after being vaxxed if it’s Omicron. Hope it turns around soon breh
not really

omicron is just more contagious - its not less intense - what makes it less/mild" is the fact that a lot of people who also show the signs are also vaccinated and being vaccinated loweres the severe reaction that you would normally have if you werent vaccinated at all ( thus showing the vaccine is doing what its supposed to do; lessen your symptoms of COVID if you get it )

so the only thing thats less is the likelihood of you having severe reactions ...but you can STILL have a severe reaction though its just a small percentage which could occur with the old alpha and delta variants.....

but as you increase frequency ...you will increase phenomena - thats the math...and omicron increases the frequency since its more transmissible than alpha or delta ( and delta was much more transmissible )

until there is a way to actually stop transmission, as people become more vaccinated and as more people are asymptomatic carriers/spreaders ( as well as all the unvaccinated who also increse the odds of transmission ) its only natural that the variant that is more transmissible becomes the most prevalent

What gets me is that many of these people are getting their information from places like Facebook, which has been confirmed time and again to have data security issues and private information leaks regarding their users. Of ALL the places they choose to congregate. :snoop: There's a reason why it happens there often, cause people just post whatever and people don't fact-check and evaluate their sources properly. So much stupid shyt gets spread because the only filter that exists is that unless you're commenting in a group or on a page, your experience is largely going to be based on your friend circle (friends list). And we all know birds of a feather flock together, so, good luck. :francis: That's why there's two viruses going around -- COVID, and the lack of critical thought and evaluation.

And this "1984" shyt kills me every time I see it, because as much as they claim they're "oppressed" (:snoop:), they've been allowed to post whatever they want largely unchecked unless it poses an active threat to someone or a bunch of people. If it were really that bad, people would be snatched out of bed in the middle of the night over a petty post making fun of Biden. But they hear one person (who doesn't know what they're talking about) saying it, and the next thing you know, that's the new phrase.

It's not even like us vaccinated folks have that much more freedom anyway, considering a new variant comes out like DLC every few months. :mindblown:
props

As a 316 pound breh with the Johnson and Johnson vaccine y’all think imma be alright if I catch covid? I’m scared brehs
I would prefer the MRNA over the J&J shot. I think 4 months or so you can get an MRNA shot as a booster. I wouldn't get Moderna. The Moderna booster is a weaker dose than the Pfizer booster because the two previous doses of Moderna are stronger than the 2 regular Pfizer so they reduced it on the booster.

There was also someone that posted in this thread that got the J&J then decided later they wanted the MRNA so they got that too and didn't tell them they'd already been vaccinated.

I think you might have gotten that backwards. The Moderna has bigger dosage.
