The 'finesse' is on the part of anti-vaxxers. They're holding up progress by using scare tactics, misinformation, and arguments from ignorance/incredulity they get from Republicans/Conspiritards/FOX News/Facebook/IG/etc.

They convinced almost half our population that the vaccines were more dangerous than the disease.

I've seen more so people wondering why they're going about the lockdown/mandate method telling people something's going to happen once they get the shot then completely pulling the rug from underneath them not long after then proceeding to blame unvaccinated for pulling that very rug from underneath the people.

we're close to having to take upwards to about 6 shots a year.

Not even close and the reason there are so many variants is because of unvaccinated people, so, ultimately, it's THEIR fault the 'formula' is adjusted.

All the 'rich' countries need to donate all their surplus vaccine to countries that can't afford it, but that ain't happening

The vaccines already in-rotation are effective enough on the variants regardless of breakthroughs as the chance of infection, hospitalization, AND death are significantly reduced compared to remaining unvaccinated.

This is not debatable..... but people keep trying......

See if you can spot the gaping hole in his logic.

So Omicron came and went lol
:sas1: It accomplished the goal.

We’ve got omicron as a new factor, we’ve got the colder weather, which is really going to create additional challenges with the delta variant, we’ve got holiday gatherings,” de Blasio told MSNBC earlier Monday morning. “We in New York City have decided to use a preemptive strike to really do something bold to stop the further growth of Covid and the dangers it’s causing to all of us.”

The New York City policy comes after the Biden administration was forced to halt implementation and enforcement of national vaccine and testing requirements for businesses with 100 or more employees to comply with a federal court order.

Reich Health Minister Fauci says that he believes that Omicron is significantly less severe than Delta based off of the on the ground situation in South Africa. Definitely welcome news but sadly there was a lot of gun jumping spurred on by the media and it's lust for a deadly variant with a cool name. :francis:
