It's a requirement for Municipal, State and Federal Jobs, I've worked for 2 of those three. That includes police, fire etc. Also Schools.

If your grandma is vaccinated and you are unvaccinated and you bring covid around her she should be straight and not be hospitilized.

Vaccines are meant to bolster your immune response versus COVID-19. If her immune system was not very great in the first place, she would not know really until she had Covid that the vaccine would not have a great efficacy in her case. If me having a vaccine reduces my chance of transmitting a lethal viral load to my grandmother, it would behoove me to do so.

Why is this vaccine needed every year? I don’t recall us needing other vaccines every year unless you have specific circumstances , I haven’t had a vaccine since I was in middle school and I haven’t even had a cold since highschool.
