Its cuz people arent wearing the masks when they need them the most. People go visit mufukkas and be up in the cribs without the mask on. walking around outside with the mask on is whatever, its when a person is in a confined space where its the most important.

well I don't know about your city but here everything is open now even strip clubs
of course there is an explosion 
people wear mask to go in restaurants but obviously take them off to eat also schools are open as well

Govenors not doing shyt, Stores are still letting folks in with no masks,They relaxed everything and didnt give no since of rules so ppl did what they wanted.
Here in NC we had it pretty contained until these idiots started whining about not being able to go to bars or the movies so Cooper gave in and here we are
