Am I missing something but the of cases in the US not making sense?

In March April there were less cases than. but had more deaths, now there is way more cases but way less deaths.

It's like the testing is out wack. Like they just testing anything and everything. Like no strategy.

I wouldn't draw any conclusions on deaths until 2-3 weeks after the initial rise in cases. IIRC a lot of the deaths in the months past were people who were on vents for a while but never recovered.

Could argue we caught the virus late in March and April.

Cases just started spiking hard in the middle of June. By the middle of July we'll know what comes from that because people get sick over weeks and their condition deteriorates over weeks until they pass. Maybe we get lucky and less people pass away from this.

Opening back up means cases will rise. It’s almost inevitable. The question is does it continue to rise gradually or will the rise be contained.

Yeah Maryland has been at 300 cases a day for about 2 weeks but it jumped to 500 today

If you got 100%mask compliance I bet this shyt would die out quickly. Even though that's impossible, just a high enough percentage we could enjoy the same numbers as Asian countries who wear masks all the time.

Maybe we will get to a wearing a mask at all times normalcy that Asians enjoy but I guess not anytime soon.
