The Illinois Department of Public Health reported 867 new coronavirus cases have been confirmed in the state over the past day Sunday, posting the lowest single-day increase in cases since April 2.
According to the IDPH, testing confirmed 867 new cases and 43 related deaths over the past 24 hours in Illinois, bringing statewide totals to 127,757 cases and 5,904 deaths. Sunday’s single-day increase is the lowest since April 2, when the state recorded 715 new cases.
Of confirmed cases, the state estimates about 92 percent have recovered. These numbers also do not include individuals who may have contracted the disease but recovered at home.

Exactly what I was referencing. Just a comical take by some doctor. Worried about someone eating at a half capacity restaurant and advocating for protests standing shoulder to shoulder for days on end. Same guy was probably pro lockdown as long as we can 10 days ago. Pick a lane doc. The virus isn’t political. Either you’re concerned about large gatherings or you’re not. It doesn’t matter what the gathering is for
yep. What a clown. Don’t be within 6 feet of anyone and don’t even be within the same building if someone’s without a mask to protests with 50k people neck to neck are perfectly fine if the protest is just, in 2 weeks. Farcical

Ya dudes a clown. Either it’s not safe to be around others or it is. Seems like here the cases are dying down and even the patients we getting aren’t as sick as they were 2 months ago. Maybe the strain got weaker like in Italy. But we’ll see if by end of June NYC stays the course I can see them opening up more and more. Now other states might start going thru what NYC went thru 2 months ago
