And this is why delivery is going to become the new normal. Groceries, household supplies, electronics, even liquor (I use the Drizly app for my liquor purchases). Have that shyt delivered to the front porch. fukk stepping inside a store frequented by hundreds of people every day.

These cacs don't want to reopen with precautions to keep people safe. They want to go back to normal as if nothing is happening while the deaths keep piling up.

Don't matter though if the mayor's say that folks have to wear makes. Here in dallas the mayor said folks have to wear masks. Even though the coward governor didn't say shyt. But still there are folks not wearing them.

Thats also why I kept telling folks it didn't matter if the Government told folks to wear a mask. Many dumb Americans still wouldn't wear them. Unless you force Americans by giving citations if they didn't wear a mask. Many clowns who are line steppers would use every excuse not to wear one.

Second of all these same folks who bytching about masks at stores. Gonna be forced to wear one at work. Cause many these salary or high paying jobs ain't playing and making folks wear masks. shyt my job passed a rule last week that at work masks were mandatory and if you didn't wear one you could face discipline and possibly termination.

2 friends got it and were sick in January around the CES show here. One works for the golden knights the other at a casino. Both were positive. shyt was making the rounds way earlier than reported in Vegas

But governors are under pressure to stimulate local economies that have been hit hard by closures. Many states plan a phased approach to reopening in an effort to balance priorities.

The NIH remdesivir trial was changing outcome measures and amount of participants while it was going on, then stopped early once an inkling of positivity was found. That's bad practice no matter how you slice it.

Not to meantion The Lancet published unfavorable results few days prior.

They changed the primary outcome because shortening the length of stay in the hospital is an improvement. So you run the trial, look at the data, take what you can get and move on.

All we had to do was extend the stay at home orders for another month maybe, and then we could've started relaxing some things for summer as the 1st wave is starting to settle down


Now with all the protests, outbreaks within stores & factories, cacs not wearing masks everything will appear fine for a few weeks until about mid May and then we will start to see our number of cases spike out of nowhere again


By June 1st you'll see the stay at home orders start come back again


And again I pray that I'm wrong about this

Its going to happen.

I live in Kentucky and I go into places such as Wal-Mart and people still are not wearing masks and some are not practicing social distancing. The only time they practice social distancing is at the check-out lane due to the floor being marked with signs or stickers.

Starting May 11th , Governor Beshear says everyone will be required to wear a mask in public. People who don't will face punishment from law enforcement.

I'm usually optimistic but I'm a bit skeptical on how he is going to enforce this. Especially with cacs.
