Strange that these big outbreaks are only happening in meat plants and not cereal factories like @General Mills™ or Kellog's. On the surface this appears to be an issue with how livestock are housed, regardless of whether it's a wet market or not. Introducing foreign influences into these spaces definitely falls on china's shoulders in this case though.
Meat apparently has a historic role in evolving antibiotic resistant bacterias. Reading up on this, the antibiotics that are used in animal feeds also contribute to these resistant mutations, which is a scary thought with what's going on at these processing facilities. It seems like nature may be outpacing our ability to stay ahead of its weapons
