I worked the last season of Property Brothers as a PA in Toronto. Vegas is my go to city for a quick dip out, also happens to be a base for the Brothers. Was trying to get onto this season cause it was being filmed in Vegas. That shyt got shut down with the fukking quickness. I was told by my boy who's one of the head producers, the whole season got scrapped... I was working with them early March. They came back up here to finish off a house that got fukked up really bad by a falling tree. They flew back out that night and the border got shut 3 days later. Because most of the camera crew was Canadian, the crew had to get the fukk out of the States...

Damn that crazy. Hopefully yall can start up fast once this shyt is over with.

But i have been at the stores a few times a week the past however many weeks (with a mask and usually gloves) and havent gotten sick at all in a relative hot spot. I know I shouldn’t be surprised, but it still just baffles me that Trump had ppl warning him in JANUARY about this virus and he was like “Eh, no big deal.”

He doesn't listen to or read his daily briefings. Yet this has never been a major issue, nor has the media pressed him on it despite him doing near daily press conferences.

He's an abject failure as president and is getting people killed. Thankfully people are waking up but man...the fact that the bottom hasn't fallen out is crazy. It took a month or so for Katrina to end Bush.

I swear I think a good part of the reason states are/were in such a rush to open back up is specifically to stop paying as many people unemployment.

Does everyone know that? Trump certainly doesn't, nor do many of these republican governors. Why would business owners retain employees and do payroll while customers stay home? They're going to lay off/furlough these people again.

The $600 benefit expires on July 31st. It's clear many states are trying to wait out the clock. I don't see Trump supporting a renewal of those benefits.
