there is a reason why governments are just keeping doing this "2 week" extension or may 1 or middle of may because they know if they came out with the true date companies would start laying off tom.
Imagine if like ford came out tomorrow and said social distancing rules till august and no non essential businesses till august? dentists would lay off all their staff, eye places would close, majority of restaurants would just shut their door, companies would cut the majority of their staff and the ei system would crumble. No Job would be safe as even city and government jobs would start to cut
It's been like almost a month and you see all these big companies furloughing laying off the longer it goes every company is going to trim staff
thats why i dont get why people are so happy they are working from home, if you can work from home so can some dude in india or phillipines for half your salary. If you can work from home more than likely your company can do without you or your role for a long time and just have someone else doing double the work.
And its a trickle down effect most business rely on other businesses for revenue , even all these youtube artists etc. when companies spend less on ads those payments become smaller. When your company isn't getting the contracts, connects, sales etc. staff is the first to go.
This dude just got the hospital a couple weeks ago, does he think he can go right back to 100%. Breh needs to give it time

That is true, but companies have internal deadlines. If they don't see a resolution by a hard date, they'll lay off people. I think by now they know the government is stalling.
I don't care if it comes out of my taxes, they need to start incentivizing companies to keep jobs here. We should all be rioting on the streets at how we've allowed companies to employ people outside of the country at the expense of Canadian jobs. Honestly, China is done. I think a lot of people will stop buying shyt made in China. Companies are going to have to move manufacturing elsewhere. Canada used to have such a huge manufacturing sector which has been slowly shrinking. Gotta stop that shyt. Should also help the economy by bringing jobs back.

. The point was settled weeks ago pending further studies. Or at least that is how the medical profession is #scientifically treating it.
It is not a cure. It's a treatment which helps sometimes esp. when use early before ICU required. Pending further studies.
Where is the argument? What is there to argue about? Not you specifically but can't brehs put it on pause for a few weeks. We do not need to know everything NOW.
