Someone tested positive at my job and we're getting an email x amount of days later about it. Yeah I'm not going in for a few weeks I don't care. It's not me that I'm worried about it but bringing this shyt around my mom, especially with what I saw the flu do to her.

They’re waiting to start clinical trials so I’m assuming they need funding for the trials, although the drug did have some success against West Nile Virus if that matters for anything
I also had trouble believing this number. Partially because I wanted to be optimistic, and it was just hard to visualize that happening to humanity. But mainly because they were so vague about when they were expecting those deaths. Like by the end of April? May? But also look at the rate of how quickly this took out nearly 15,000 people. Majority of them coming in about a months time. And that’s with quarantine measures in place. But it’s still too early to tell. Especially in southern states.
