i highly doubt this is the chief i think he is trying to be funny, i saw this same man in regular clothes on a similar video saying why experiment in africa, come and see what happens and he was sharpening his little knife and waving it just like the gun, someone sent me the video via whatsapp to my phone with him acting silly
