What map are you looking at?
the midwest is even clearer than the west

:gucci: the map where 5-6 states in the midwest are red as fukk:gucci:

North Dakota
South Dakota
Nebraska
Kansas
Missouri
Iowa
Minnesota

:gucci: red as fukk on that map :gucci:

did you honestly think the midwest was just Michigan and Illinois :gucci:

I also didnt say the west coast, I said The Bay Area and Los Angeles, which while small on the map, make up most of the population of the West Coast :gucci:

Bay Area, Los Angeles and Seattle make up around 75% of the total population of the entire West Coast just between 3 areas. all 3 are white :gucci:

You can't say midwest when those states are just a portion of the region and barely even have any people.

Plus with how sparsely populated those states are, its to be expected that theyre gonna travel a bit more than a city dweller in ny or the bay area etc.

This applies a little bit to The south too but there are also other reasons why its so red there ( no pun intended) :yeshrug:

Attorney General William Barr orders prisons to fast track the release high-risk inmates and increase the use of home confinement as coronavirus sweeps jails
  • The Attorney General issued the memo to the Bureau of Prisons Friday night
  • The agency said 91 inmates and 50 prison staff tested positive for coronavirus
  • Highest priority is being given to those held at FCC Oakdale, Elkton and Danbury
  • Those prisons have multiple coronavirus deaths, hospitalizations or diagnoses
Attorney General William Barr ordered the Bureau of Prisons on Friday to increase the use of home confinement and expedite the release of eligible high-risk inmates at three federal prisons where coronavirus cases have skyrocketed.

Officials were told to give highest priority to inmates who are being held at FCC Oakdale, a prison complex in Louisiana where five inmates have died and more than a dozen others remain hospitalized.

Also listed were FCI Elkton in Ohio - where three inmates have died - and FCI Danbury in Connecticut, which has reported 20 inmates testing positive for coronavirus.

WASHINGTON – Attorney General William Barr is expediting the release of vulnerable inmates at three federal prisons where authorities are scrambling to contain coronavirus infections.

In a late Friday memorandum to the Bureau of Prisons, Barr urged officials to move inmates out of facilities in Louisiana, Ohio and Connecticut, as infections and virus-related deaths have mounted.

Casualties mount:Second federal prisoner dies after contracting coronavirus; inmate was at same Louisiana prison as first victim

"We are experiencing significant levels of infection at several of our facilities, including the Federal Correctional Institution Oakdale (Lousiana), Danbury (Connecticut) and Elkton (Ohio)," Barr said. "We have to move with dispatch in using home confinement when appropriate to move vulnerable inmates out these institutions."
