Thought of people breathing and talking over my food..i can hold off until this blows over and keep making my own food for me and my family

To each is own but i wouldnt advise it to anyone right now, especially friends and family i care about

We tested positive a couple weeks ago, but I believe we had it for roughly 2 weeks prior to that.

Anyway my son tested negative on Friday. Children’s hospital has a test with a 24 hour turnaround. So far all of us are symptom free now and have been for well over a week. My wife gets tested next week and if she’s negative I won’t waste a test on myself.

The worst part was the short breaks in between symptoms. There was atleast two periods where I thought we were all over it and then someone regressed suddenly. I’m just glad it’s over for now.

We were sent a questionnaire asking if we want to donate plasma. My son is only 1 and my wife is pregnant so they are both out. But if I meet the criteria I’ll probably do it. :yeshrug:

Wrong. The P100 masks are the only ones that are up to the task.

This isn’t true at all

CDC, NHS, and WHO both mention N95 as being capable and that’s what they use. But this ain’t the time or place right now

That’s not a credible source unfortunately. We have had a thread in TheColi about it and there’s no valid source to say when, where that happened. It’ll be more work for them to then go and iron out all creases and remove dirt. Don’t fall foul of the unexplained

Also, I couldn’t sleep so started reading up on some corona shyt and how different countries are doing. It actually helps to read all the info rather than have the tv media force feed you shyt. Felt less depressed. There’s a lot going on behind the scenes that the media doesn’t talk about for some reasons. Almost like they want to spread fear. No doubt this shyt is still scary and there’s a lot to be done but if you watch the major news outlets they really make it feel apocalyptic, hopeless, like there is no progress.

Talk on it, what are your thoughts?

How is it any different from grocery shopping? You think you can sanitize every item but the risk is still there

Y’all think we really going to have 200K deaths? I’m thinking 80K max.
Bro we on pace to hit 2k a day early next week, we might be closing on 3k a day by the end of the week, this is what happens when something builds exponentially, the numbers get wild real quick

And we still havent peaked yet, this is mostly dominating coastal/super dense states

Whem the other states with less money and resources get hit it's gonna be bad, at this point im lowkey hoping my mom and other family members wind up asymptomatic cuz its lookin like this is something that humans are just gonna havr to catch and build an immunity to, no way to dodge it and live a normal life
