here's the issue. Everyone says, "he needs to go to Doc or Thibs or Pop". What makes you think they'd put up with his shyt? Also, what makes you think they'd ever eventually hand the keys to the team over to Cousins? What happens to Cousins isn't unprecedented. Look at Sheed, look at Zach. Both eventually managed their issues, though it took Zach almost 10 years and about 4 teams to get it together. That's one of the reasons why there was such a polarizing opinion on Cousins from day 1.

It's not the end of the world for Cousins. The big loser looks like Sacramento because he's clearly not ready to be of major help to them and while they got so many other issues, they look like they got burned by two major talents that just can't be what Sacramento wanted them to be now (Tyreke and DMC).
Sacramento is to blame not their players .. Cuz will play hard and with respect for a coach that commands it. He hates losing and not even having a chance because of that trash ass organization.

He barely played hard for Cal. He hasn't done it for anyone else. Sacramento's a shyt hole franchise at the moment, sure, but he's not trying to be above the bullshyt. He's knee deep in it. There's something to be said about a losing culture and not wanting to be a part of it. Getting veterans sure helps, but it also helps if a young player takes it upon himself to do as much as he can. That way, when sweeping changes are made, they're done for you, not at your expense. DeMarcus Cousins isn't the first guy to enter a losing culture. He's simply not good enough to change it or at least be the catalyst towards doing so.

Mitchell, this is the type of lowkey, underhanded move that you'd pull. Cousins and Dwight would be devastating...:wow:

No, the Lakers do not want any bad character guys on the team. They don't want to bring someone and let them ruin the team chemistry the team is trying to build. West was not sign because they were concern he would ruin the team chemistry.

Breh, that's a bs excuse.

A player should not be disrespecting a coach especially when he has not accomplished anything in the league. Cousins is so immature and is becoming a waste of talent. He is feeling himself too much and thinks he is better than he really is. Not everyone can play for a winning organization and he knew he was going to be playing for a bad team when he declared to enter the draft. So what's his next excuse?

If he wants to play for a contender or better team, he has that opportunity after his rookie contract is over.

This.

Cousins would have mouthed off to Phil if Phil coached him, let alone these other coaches. Look at DeJuan Blair. He started bytching about playing time, what did Pop do? Demote him from the lineup and cut his minutes. The really good coaches will only babysit you if you're conducive to winning, and Cousins has yet to prove that (and they'll never babysit you if they expect you to be the man on the team. They'd rather find someone better than you.)

I hope Minny trades Love for him

:youngsabo:

:heh: Lucky for us, our GM already isn't too fond of him and Cousins isn't too fond of us. I'm more worried about us making a move to get crazy ass Royce White.

He benches Derrick Williams for less. Rick would just tell DMC not to show up.

Damn, i forget he is from there. Have either side expresssed interest? Sprewell was crazy too but i bet you enjoyed when he played for yall/

Rick a good evaluator of talent. He clearly doesnt see enough in DW to warrant consistent minute. Its all about who gives the teamt he best chance to win, then development. From Adelmans perspective

The fact that hes overrated and turning into a bust is being overlooked because hes a mental case

Hes trying on the offneisve end he wants numbers so he can get a contract its not a lack of effort offensivel its just that hes not very good

41% for a big man is god awful

Child please, by March coach Cal had complete control over big cuz and cuz played his fukking ass off. He just needs structure and a strong disciplined coach that he believes in. Losing culture also sucks.

I know the team scouted him, but other than that, clearly we didn't wanna draft anyone, let alone him.

With Derrick, it's a minutes thing. He even said so. Love plays most of his minutes at the 4 and it's between he and Dante for the remaining minutes. Dante outplayed him and so we go. Rick's not gonna compromise his defense just to give Derrick more PT.

All I know is that Derrick is pissed but he's not sulking about it. He just wants to show out when he does get to play (and in fairness he has done that since he's gotten less PT). This will be his last year here though in some way. He'll be fine wherever.

Judging by what happened to Darko last year, he'll give you every opportunity to earn your keep and every shot to botch it too. Look at Shved. He's a hot head but Adelman already trusts him. Same with Pek and Rubio, Bud and Dante. Tomorrow we'll see how much he plays him.

:snoop: And I was saying that he was already looking like the 3rd best Center in the game already and thought that his ceiling was Moses Malone too last season  He still has time though, but this nikka needs to stop thinking that the world is against him. :why: He has all the potential in the world, but he is still just too childish and needs a reality check. I honesty think someone needs to be hands on him or something. He should not be shooting 41% from the field :gag: The Kings are looking like my Oakland Raiders, all athletes, but nobody that gives a fukk on the team about winning. I still :gag: at how the Kings roster has been put together, might be the most selfish and worst put together team ever from a "winning" perspective. DMC, Reke, Thomas, Thornton, Jimmer, etc. all have talent and potential but are rotting away in Sac-Town though :smh:

We're not trading for either for a million and one reasons. Neither of them are guards. If they make any trade involving Williams, it will be for guard help. They need bigs like they need a hole in their head.

Child please, by March coach Cal had complete control over big cuz and cuz played his fukking ass off. He just needs structure and a strong disciplined coach that he believes in. Losing culture also sucks.

Ricky Rubio entered a losing culture. shyt started to change. Blake Griffin entered a losing culture. shyt really changed. Lee and Curry entered a losing culture. shyt's finally turning around. I can name some more. There isn't a team in the league that could structure an environment well enough for him without completely demoting him in the pecking order.

He's about to burn through his 2nd coach in 2 1/2 years. The team hasn't gotten better. Fans already are conceding that if shyt changes it won't be in Sacramento. A strong disciplined coach won't make him the focal point of anything, and Cousins hasn't responded to a coach trying to discipline him yet. Who the hell does he want coaching him?
