It's really easy you don't even really actively cook it. boil the water, add olive oil and then in the couscous once its boil. Take it off the burner cover it and it cooks like that. You can use it like rice, put it in salad whatever.

Why do you keep asking cooking question in here :russ: :francis:

Like @Raedawn07 said, add some olive oil and spices and 1/4th cup of water, let it boil until the water runs out. Then put a cover it for like 5 minutes and serve it.

I don't really like cous cous, if I have grains, I'll stick to quinoa.

I had a quinoa and brown rice mix last night I made Thai red curry(ish) something with chicken and potatoes, whole grain naan :noah:

Fantasy.
I just made some this past weekend. With mixed vegetables and beans. Basically sautéed some onions and peppers turmeric powder, and beans with some spicy ass seasoning that my sister blended in olive oil. Then added water let it boil and added the couscous covered and 5 mins later had a nice lil side dish to eat with my salmon. I love couscous and how fast and easy it is to cook.

It can pretty much go with anything.

Cooking time depends on the type of couscous you have.
