Not a sight you want to see on the continent when soldiers are reading statements at TV stations. They are trying to thread a line here, military coups are generally not recognized in the Southern African Development Community so legitimacy is an issue.

Mugabe's wife and a group in ZANU alienated them and threw them out of the party. Both VPs fired by him and expelled in 2014 and now were freedom fighters. They even held a press conference declaring that they were kicking him out of ZANU. The army was partisan and allied with the ousted VP.

Was wondering how this shyt was happening. Dude shouldn't have listened to his wife. I think she's over played her hand..
