Could you make a gaming system from scratch, if all the raw materials were available?

Because I have no idea how to refine the ores needed to create things like wires.
No idea how to purify and dope semiconductor materials to create a working IC.
No idea where to even start as far as architecture goes.
No idea how to create assembly from scratch.
shyt I don't even know how to vulcanize rubber.

And those are just the BIG problems off the top of my head. You'd face 10,000 unforseen little problems. As others have said, a game console is the culmination of hundreds of years of various scientific disciplines so vast that no one person or really even group of people could make this happen in the absence of modern infrastructure.
