Absolutely. I feel like every performer thats been there 5-6 years or longer is pretty much a shoe in for the HOF 10-15 years from now. They’ll eventually run out of actual HOF worthy and unique wrestlers to underdevelop and flop. They’ll end up with a bunch of mediocres. That’s how much that whole thing means. Heath Slater, Paige, The Usos, Ziggler, and Natalya could all retire today and they’d be guaranteed HOF spots.
