Maybe cruiserweight when he first debuted but by time he was around 22 or so there's no way he could have gotten down low enough to make that weight. He would have beasted at that weight though.

No lower than 200lbs. Mike should've been taller, but Cus had Mike wear a harness on his shoulders to stunt his growth, he didn't feel his aggressive bobbing and weaving style would be effective if he was over 6'0.
