Could Dolph Peak at HBK's Level?

Huh. Totally forgot about Dolph's reign.
For the record, I agree that Dolph is unlikely to ever reach HBK's level. But I wouldn't dismiss the guy as a bum, either. He's got value to the company, and probably hasn't reached his peak value yet. Shawn himself has praised him, for what it's worth.
