Out of any of the young AEW talent (MJF, Darby, Sammy, Jungle Boy), I think MJF would be the most likely to go to WWE. He's said in past interviews that he'll do what's best for his career, but he could've just said that in character. It's hard to tell with that mufukka

But to be honest, I think his ceiling at AEW is higher than it would be at WWE.

Given he's only 25, I'd be absolutely shocked if he didn't wrestle for WWE someday. With that said, given the current state of affairs over there with everything being micromanaged and changes are done at the whim of Vince McMahon hours before airtime, I don't see it happening anytime soon.
