I'm was not making that argument, I was just your replaying to your post about the Republican candidate losing if everyone voted Libertarian.
I don't know how most libertarians voted in the last election, I would guess most of them voted for Gary Johnson, but I will also guess more voted for Trump than Hillary.

These numbers usually reflect plated dinners and people tend to get a more personal experience. I've been to a couple of these for charity as well as politics (as a guest).
That's just the way fundraising works whether it's Cory Booker's campaign or cam Newton's charity.
Is there foul play? Yes. But not everyone who donates 50k are playing puppet master for the candidate. A lot of them just have a shyt ton of money and this is fun. Or they're working through someone else.

It's crazy. I remember watching that documentary "street fight " years ago back when he was running for mayor of Newark and respected his hustle and story. But this dude now is so bought and part of the system now it's crazy.
People like to laugh at the idiocy of trump but Dude probably isn't lying.
He understands how to appeal to large parts of the country and what makes them tick and people forget trump isn't a controlled guy. He says exactly what he thinks and he probably is honestly admitting he will handle this guy and is probably right.
