All these people do is continue to strengthen the insidious collusion of government and private interests that results in the erosion of both market freedom and the public sector in favor of oligopolies, socialism for the wealthy and neglect for everyone else, along with relentless state expansion in surveillance and "security".

Rush **** would be a GREAT senator. Too bad he has no shot.

Booker is a fraud. I really enjoyed the Street Fight doc, and at the time I saw it I became a fan of his. But it quickly became clear that he hasn't actually...done much of anything but make certain people rich and promote himself. Say what you will about Obama, he put in work on the state level in Illinois and got some important shyt done (including recording police stops). Newark had a couple years of improvement but crime is rising while Booker posts all day on twitter. Literally.

The finale straw came during Hurricane Sandy IMO. I remember him making a tweet during the storm that promoted some shyt he was doing, it just felt so tone deaf and disrespectful considering part of his state was drowning.
