I can’t prove it but I really do feel like they setting everything up to pull the rug from under us, these corporations going to squeeze everything out from tax payers then move somewhere else and that’s when the collapsing of America will be really real
it's already happening. within the next 20 years, 73 TRILLION dollars will be moved from one generation of the rich to the next one -- tax free.

not to mention the the founder of Blackrock -- one of the worlds richest funds. STRAIGHT UP SAID HE'LL COLONIZE AFRICA AND LATIN AMERICA

they are telling us what they are doing and will do. they are playing in our fukking faces and it's time we said enough

I mean once they move the service jobs somewhere else and move they headquarters elsewhere in America really the only things we could do is agriculture and construction/trades

Actually now that I think about it, maybe that wouldn’t be the worst thing in the world because then it would force the country to do better by its citizens, colleges would be damn near free again, infrastructure would be more advanced, people would be able to afford homes and shyt again, maybe the big companies do need to leave

The only issue is we going to have to go through so bad early years before it rebounds

the companies pay for the campaigns of these officials, hence bailouts when they are in office. US citizens can't compete with corporate money so who you think politicians are gonna look out for? Whoever is lining their pockets
The fact we have to keep bringing this up too.

Folks got short ass memories.

Succession/Sopranos vs The Wire

In terms of narrative changing, it's a hard push.

That said, LGBT issues, Me Too, have been pushed and gotten a lot of traction.

Electric Cars got a major push along with infrastructure - but them same folks stay mad at Elon.

So narrative creation and implementation is key.

They won't move anywhere that's the twist. There's no such thing as "enough money" they won't stop until things are back to where they were at the start of the industrial revolution.

Child labor is coming back

Crowded housing is coming back

Wage theft is coming back in a huge way
Rampant corporate speculation is coming back

Monopolies are coming back.

This is a gilded age type beat. They aren't above killing either to maintain their dominance.

That's the reason you have an 8 day work day. Violence had to occur. It would be nice if I could say that was the last time striking workers were murdered

As long as the government allows big capital to treat workers this way, things like this will keep happening. The end goal of big capital is a return to company towns, crowded housing, 12-16 hr 6 day work weeks, no age limit on workers, and an abolishing of any sort of worker protections including the right to unionize. If you spend enough time being absurdly wealthy you stop seeing people as human beings like you and start seeing them as human RESOURCES to be used and discarded once they've outlived their usefulness. The surplus stock that isn't valuable lines the streets and fills the jails. Don't be shocked if they support euthanization of seniors once they become too poor to afford housing and medicine and groceries. They've become useless and will just be killed, cremated and their ashes used as part of industrial grade raw material to be used in agriculture or fuel.

over the last 50 years, tax payers have paid half a TRILLION dollars ($676 billion) to bail out banks, automakers, airlines, and more

here are examples of big companies that got bailed out
General Motors: $49.5 billion
Chrysler (2008): $10.5 billion
Fannie Mae: $116 billion
Freddie Mac: $71 billion
AIG: $180 billion
United Airlines: $1.5 billion
American Airlines: $1.5 billion
Chrysler (1980): $1.5 billion (Chrysler's earlier bailout)

these companies have CEOs earning over 100x the income of their workers. if they work 100x times harder than everyone else, they shouldn't be bailed out when the fail and steer companies so badly they need to be bailed out

if i don't pay my credit card and mortgage, the bank won't bail me out. why the fukk are we paying for corporations to be on welfare. why the fukk are they paying LESS taxes than us. shyt is retarded

Lets get to specifics. Which politicians should we hold accountable for this? Clue, one of them is our current president. Dont know why theres people in here bigging him up when dudes been in the business of fukking people over. I dont get why folks in here are complaining about this type of shyt but yet when theres documented sources showing yall WHO pushed for this, yall act blind or pointing at Trump as the scapegoat when his ass only been there for 4 years and Biden been there for 51 years in public office.

We start with state representatives who go to Washington to earmark funds that should be going to your state.

Your representatives should be securing funds to bring home to your state for affordable housing. Are they doing that?

They should be securing funds to increase the funding for hospitals to hire more doctors, nurses, and pay for new equipment. Are they doing that?

Why is California manufacturing their own insulin but your state isn't?

Is your state rep coming back from Washington with money for college scholarships and subsidies for families making less than 90k a year?

What about your city council? Are they putting in bylaws against airbnb or zoning laws around single family households?

National politics follows what's going on in the states. State politics follow what's happening in the cities. City politics follow what the voters want. Your mayor has to live in the same city you do, so they need to be held accountable because what they choose to do or not do affects them and everyone else living there.

Bullshyt. Until people learn accountability, please explain how you think this country will get better? Once people take accountability only then will they start fixing the system.

Do you feel the need to be rich and famous with endless clout? I never felt the need to be rich, I just want to break away from the 9 to 5.
This country isn’t designed to get better. shyt was founded by men who screamed freedom while beating and raping slaves and then after they freed them, instead of working with them to make more bountiful production they just kept torturing them for literally being alive. The whole point of this country is to dodge humane accountability and make money towards furthering an elite class of people’s goal to become god hence why you have an illuminated eye floating over a pyramid on your dollar

You are the kind of person they want ostracized socially because you aren’t on that bullshyt, if anything they’d probably want you dead, you feel the way you do because you have a clear spirit and the will to resist, that’s not something everyone is born with and the powers that be understand that fact and thus can create programs (like tell a vision programs) through broad-casts that shape people’s minds.

Look I'm tired of people complaining about things like this. Either form a civil war and attack these greedy b*stards or STFU. This will never change.

I always found it crazy that a person would get laid off or fired from these greedy corps and then do some insane shyt like kill their family or go on a crime spree. Instead of putting a bullet in all of these greedy people's head:what:

The people have the power and are scared to use it :manny:

When you make peaceful solutions ineffective, violent ones are inevitable.

People are starting to look at bosses and politicians as the authors of their pain. Won't be surprised if within the next 10 years someone shoots up the met gala or bombs the Davos or COP summits.

The people in charge are fooling around because there's no consequence for it. The first and most important things are local politics and collective union power.

Capitalism only works if there are people working and earning wages then using those wages to buy things.

When you make those things unaffordable and keep those wages low, the only solution is making debt more accessible. But then they have no plan for if people can't pay. A strike reminds politicians and bosses who is actually in charge. If Uber drivers all decided they weren't going to drive anymore, the company crumbles since the only thing keeping it a float is investor money and stealing driver wages. In the last two years we've had auto workers going on strike, nurses going on strike, actors and writers going on strike, rail workers going on strike, equipment manufacturers going on strike.

I expect it to continue and send the message to all non unionized workers that this is what you can achieve if you remember that business can't function without workers.
