If anything, there will be an increase in nationalist sentiment as a result of this. There is already warranted sinophobia. If the virus came from Antarctica or an asteroid, maybe people would put things aside. As for point 2, conspiracy theories are currently running rampant.
I'd also add that there will be a huge push to divest from China and become more reliant on local manufacturing fpr critical goods.
