Wynn just announced they are closing in Vegas for two weeks. I wonder if my casino is next. I'm looking forward to getting paid to smoke and play video games for two weeks

I work there. Restaurant closed yesterday. Spoke to my chefs this morning, hours later, da emails were sent regarding da closings. MGM on da other hands gives NO fukks.

Lots of old religious people are about to pass away without being read their final rights, family members only allowed to come in rooms with full gear and thus no final human contact. Funerals obviously soon on hold with the 50+ rule.

Italy is already not putting people over 80 on machines because they are getting low. England is turning auto manufacturing plants into ventalor manufacturing. Crazy times..guard your peace of mind and tell everyone you know to sit their ass down.

Could be totally off but I was thinking..

...since this is a respiratory illness as it attacks your lungs -Americans are in big trouble regardless of age, because we dont exercise and are in poor health condition.

The other countries with issues arent as unhealthy and out of shape as us so it should be worse here
This is what my epidemiologist homie said. He said we think we’re fine because we have less smokers than Italy but that we make up for it with obesity. So he says since we are such a fat ass nation that we’re gonna be surprised at that x-factor.

As far as age is concerned the first reported US case of COVID-19 was 35 years old.

Age isn't as much of a factor as being discussed.
Exactly. The only person in my social circle to have it is a friend of a friend of a friend. He’s 25 and almost recovered now. The worst is over but he said it was scary. He said it felt like he was trying to breathe through a plastic bag on the worst day and just couldn’t catch his breath for a few days.

Hearing stories from multiple retired nurses getting emails about helping out. License lapsed doesnt matter they are going to be needed, go find some scrubs :wow:

:salute:Great post!

it’s not much I’ve been prepping for a while. For this for 3 weeks now. I set aside some meds and food to give to others in my local community if it gets bad here. And if I get it and recover I’ll volunteer for anything that I can do to help out.

That sounds terrible. I've heard others say this as well.
