Really? This CDC entry from November(link below), had an estimate of cases from February 2020-2021 that was btwn 125mil - 171 mil . Bear in mind, this CDC overestimated the cases, because they're factoring ppl not getting tested for covid/antibody test.

If we have 140mil ppl confirmed to have/had covid, that's not including ppl who never got tested for covid/did the antibody test. If the CDC estimated that AT LEAST 125 mil ppl had covid as of Sept 2021, that number has to be significantly higher now.
We know that Omicron is much more contagious than previous strains, and it was infecting hordes of folk in December '21/January 2022(NBA/NFL teams were getting covid left and right, at one point 15% of NYC's covid tests were positive).
